Thought I might share some info. I saw a post that said you guys like when newbies give some info on themselves, so here it goes.

I'm a male, 30yrs old, 6'4" 220lbs(now)
I started lifting in 1990, Never missed a day. when I started I was 6'4" at 170lbs. Got up to about 238lbs.
Then in 1998 I died twice had major surgery on my lung and lost 40lbs in 4 days from the intense stress my body went through. After 2 years of physical therapy and another year of not being allowed to go to the gym, They let me start working out again last November.
At that time I was 194lbs, I have been taking it easy, just going through the motions. Been taking some supplements. I am hypercanedic, otherwise called a.d.d So it is really hard for me to gain weight. It took three cycles of juice spread accross two years for me to hit 238lbs.
The nice thing about the a.d.d is that my matabolism runs real fast and my body fat is always really low. At my peak I was 238lbs at 5.5% body fat. I am now ready to get back at it and get my goal weight of 245lbs that I have never got to yet. Hope to meet some cool people on here that can give some input on new supplements and training techs.
