To gain weight you of course need to eat more than you maintenance cals. How much is what you have to figure out. Between 5k and 7k and you'll see weight gain for sure.

I forgot what my maintenance was I'm pretty sure anything over 3000 prob is over my maintenance sadly enough ahha but yah I'll aim for 6000cals daily 7 meals. No mickydee's but theres also alot of other high caloric foods that won't give you a heart attack and clog your arterys to bad haha
