AAS diet help.
From what I'm been reading, If you wanna get up to say 300lbs you'll need around 8000cals daily, plus protein of course so my best guess would be for me to get to 190-200lbs I would need a daily caloric intake of around 5000cals daily correct? This is my diet I worked up last night I'm not sure if I could eat this much.. so Ive heard alot of bodybuilders eatting frys and burgers just to get there caloric intake in daily becuase 9000cals is almost impossable to take in daily with just clean foods and having a job. So I don't know if eatting burgers and junk is really good to do becuase of high colestroal levels and buildup so I'm trying to keep my diet large and clean but if anyone has any thing to suggest or changes to the diet feel free to help out.
