Creatine Loading Question
Right now I am on my bulking cycle and want to get the best bennifits I can out of my supplements also. I have been Creatine loading for the last two weeks at 25 to 30 grams of creatine a day. Can someone recommend if I should descrease or increase since I am out of my loading phase. I know they say to reduce after the loading phase but do to the aas being involved and the massive abondance of Creatine I am sitting on would it bennifit me to just keep up the intake. Any advise would be a great help.
