A really quick and easy way I like to eat cottage cheese is to mix a little:
diced fresh fruit (peaches, pineapple are my favorite, etc)
or
raisins or dried cranberries (have to make sure the amount added is just a small amount, if your diet allows dried fruits as they are highly glycemic)
